Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-28
By using Modaresy you agree to these terms and conditions
The platform and the parties
Modaresy is a technology platform that lets parents search for independent teachers and specialists, compare their profiles and send them contact requests. It is operated by the Modaresy platform management. In these terms, "service provider" means the teacher or specialist offering services. Accounts for requesting services are parent accounts, and the account holder must have the legal capacity to use the platform and enter into service agreements.
The platform's role and limits
The platform facilitates profiles, contact requests, notifications, reviews and complaints. Sending a contact request is not a confirmed booking of a lesson or session, and does not guarantee the provider's acceptance, availability or any agreement. Modaresy is not a school, institute, or body that grants qualifications or professional licences, and does not itself provide diagnosis or treatment.
Accounts and accurate data
Users must provide accurate data and keep it up to date, protect their sign-in details and verification codes, and not use another person's account or impersonate anyone. Users must have the right to submit the data and content they send to the platform, and must notify the management if they suspect unauthorised use of their account.
Teacher and specialist obligations
Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their identity, qualifications, experience and the data and offers published under their name, for the lawfulness of providing their services where they provide them, and for obtaining any permits and licences their type of service requires. They must work within their specialty, explain the nature of the service, prices, schedules and cancellation terms to the other party before agreeing, and make no misleading promises or guaranteed results.
Specialists in particular must not claim professional or therapeutic authority they do not hold, and must keep confidential the information and reports they receive and not publish them or use them in promotion without proper basis and consent. The management may request supporting documents or clarification about the services offered, and must be informed of any change affecting the accuracy of the profile or the right to provide the service.
Parent obligations
Parents choose the service provider and check that the provider's specialty, experience and qualifications suit the requested service, and ask about prices, schedules and terms before agreeing. Parents must send genuine requests with accurate contact details, update the request status when it is no longer needed, and treat providers with respect.
Profile approval and account badges
Approving a profile for publication means allowing it to appear under the platform's requirements; it is not academic accreditation, a professional licence or a guarantee of service quality. The "Verified" badge indicates an administrative verification status under the platform's procedures, and does not in itself confirm every claim, guarantee results, or mean that an official professional licence was issued.
A subscription or paid ad does not automatically grant verification. If a subscription system linked to badge display is enabled, the package terms will explain how the subscription's start and end affect the badge. Paid visibility or featured-ad badges are not an independent assessment of a provider's competence.
Contact requests and use of the parties' data
The parent sends a request to the provider of their choice, and the platform makes contact details available according to the request status, access rules and service settings. Opening contact details may require a subscription if a paid service for that is enabled and announced. Opening a request or moving to WhatsApp does not mean that contact actually took place or that an educational or professional service was provided.
Contact data received through the platform must not be used for anything other than coordinating the requested service, nor for unsolicited advertising, resale, or sharing with others without proper basis. Misuse can be reported through the available complaint channels.
Current free use and paid services
Registration, sending contact requests and opening contact details are free under the current service settings. This does not mean all platform services are free or will always remain free. The platform may offer paid featured ads, and may offer or enable paid packages for receiving requests, opening contact details or additional visibility.
Before purchase, the platform announces the service's price, duration, features, activation method, and cancellation and refund terms. If a currently free service changes, users will be notified of the change and its effective date before it applies, and no fees will be charged for past free use. No payment obligation arises merely from having an account or receiving a notification, only from ordering a paid service under its displayed terms.
Agreements on lessons and sessions between the parties
Prices, schedules, payment and cancellation of lessons and sessions are agreed directly between the parent and the provider. Modaresy does not intervene in this financial agreement, does not collect the value of lessons or sessions, and does not become a party to it by sending a contact request. Fees for the platform's own services, such as ads or subscriptions when offered, are separate from the amounts the parties agree for lessons or sessions.
Ads and packages
Buying an ad or package grants the features stated in the offer for a set period, and does not guarantee a number of requests, clients, agreements or results. The offer states when the period starts and ends and the placements or access it covers. Some features may be affected by the account's status and violations. Renewal is not automatic unless this was clearly shown and the user agreed in advance.
Cancellation and refunds
Closing a contact request ends its follow-up within the platform and does not automatically cancel any direct agreement between the parties. The parent and provider handle cancellation and refunds of lessons and sessions according to their agreement and applicable law; the platform does not refund on their behalf amounts it never collected.
For the platform's paid services, such as featured ads or packages: a full refund may be requested before the service is activated. Once activated, the service cannot be cancelled and the amount is non-refundable. A duplicate charge made in error is refunded after proof of the transaction is provided. If a paid feature fails because of a platform error, the service period is extended by the length of the outage, without a refund.
Refund requests are made via modaresykwt@gmail.com or the "Report a complaint" form with the transaction reference. Never send card details or passwords.
Reviews and response indicators
Reviews must reflect a real experience and must not contain abuse, private data or misleading claims. Confirming that contact took place does not prove that a lesson or session was delivered or a result achieved. Reviews are moderated under the platform's rules, and violating content may be rejected or hidden. The response-speed indicator reflects events the system measures under its own method, and does not guarantee actual response speed outside the platform or service quality.
Prohibited content and use
It is prohibited to submit fake qualifications, impersonate others, publish misleading or unlawful content, harass, threaten or abuse, exploit contact data, scrape or republish users' data without permission, or circumvent permissions or security systems. Users must hold the rights or permissions needed to publish any image, text or content they upload.
Complaints and account suspension
Complaints can be submitted through the "Report a complaint" form or by email to modaresykwt@gmail.com, describing the incident and a suitable way to reply. The management may request clarification or documents and review content.
The platform management may warn, temporarily suspend or close a violating account depending on the seriousness of the violation, and the account holder may object through the complaint form or by email. Suspension or closure due to a violation does not entitle the holder to a refund of activated paid services.
Receiving a complaint does not make the platform a party to the direct financial agreement between users, and does not make it a judicial body or guarantee refunds or the resolution of every dispute. Using the complaint channel does not limit the user's right to approach the competent authorities.
Disclaimer and liability
The platform does not guarantee academic, professional or therapeutic results, employment or a specific number of clients, and does not guarantee the accuracy of every statement made by an independent user. Each party is responsible for its own actions and obligations. These terms do not exempt the platform from liability for its own errors or from obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to the terms and services
We publish updated terms with their effective date and notify users of material changes in a suitable way. Financial terms for paid services are shown before purchase. We ask for new acceptance where required, and publishing a change alone is not treated as acceptance of new fees or of marketing.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
To contact the Modaresy platform management about your account, the service or these terms, email modaresykwt@gmail.com or use the complaint form on the platform.
Language
These terms are available in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic text prevails.
