Requesting account deletion

You can request deletion of your Modaresy account at any time, whether you are a parent, a teacher or a specialist. You do not need to install the app to do this.

Steps on the website or the app

Log in to your account.

Open "My account" (parents) or "Account details" (teachers and specialists).

Tap "Request account deletion", add a reason if you wish, and confirm.

Requesting by email

If you cannot log in, email modaresykwt@gmail.com from the email address, or with the WhatsApp number, registered on the account and write "Account deletion request". We may ask for simple information to confirm that you own the account.

Protection against unauthorised deletion

When a request is submitted we send an alert to the WhatsApp number registered on the account. If you did not make the request, contact us immediately to cancel it before it is carried out.

Data that is deleted

When the request is carried out we permanently delete: your account and login data, your professional profile, photo and verification documents, your contact requests and their history, reviews, favourites, reports linked to the account, and your notifications and registered notification devices.

Data we may keep

We may keep general complaints submitted through the complaint form, and records of payments and paid adverts without your personal data, for as long as legal obligations require. Copies may remain in protected backups until their retention cycle ends; they are never used to operate the deleted account.

Timeframe

We review and carry out the request within 30 days at most, usually sooner. Once deleted, the account cannot be restored, and you can create a new account at any time.
